Meet Keren

Smiling woman with long brown hair wearing a blue shirt.

Keren Siegel is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with over a decade of experience helping infants and children grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential. Her professional background spans a wide range of settings, including long-term inpatient care, early intervention programs, and private practice sensory gyms.

Keren's passion for working with children began at a young age and has remained unwavering throughout her life. Becoming a mother of three further deepened her understanding of just how pivotal the early years are in a child’s development—both emotionally and physically. This personal insight continues to inform her practice and fuels her commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized care.

A proud graduate of Seton Hall University, Keren earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and later returned as an adjunct professor to teach the pediatric lab course, sharing her passion and expertise with future clinicians.

Keren is committed to lifelong learning and has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education, with a focus on pediatric specialties such as torticollis, infant massage, and neuromuscular development. Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply compassionate, always centered on empowering each child and family she works with.

  • I can’t recommend Keren and A to Z OT highly enough. Her warmth, expertise, and truly individualized care make her an incredible pediatric occupational therapist—especially for families with infants. She has such a gentle, confident approach that immediately puts both parents and babies at ease. I’ve seen firsthand how impactful her work is, especially with conditions like torticollis, where early intervention makes such a difference. Keren is the kind of provider every parent hopes to find—skilled, thoughtful, and completely invested in your child’s growth and comfort.
